This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Attesta's website, mobile application, and any other related services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
Badge and Highlight Purchases
Attesta offers yearly badge activation and monthly highlight windows for firm visibility. These purchases are non-refundable once activation is applied to your profile and the visibility window begins.
If you made a duplicate badge/highlight payment in error, contact support@attesta.in within 24 hours with payment references for review.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Technical failure preventing service delivery that cannot be resolved by our support team
- Services not provided as described due to Attesta error
- Unauthorized transactions resulting from account compromise (must be reported within 48 hours)
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service (unless due to Attesta error)
- Badge/highlight activations after the window has started
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account termination
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your full name and email address associated with your Attesta account
- Details of the transaction including date, amount, and what was purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
